Disease is not a mystery. There are  two causes to most disease: toxicity and deficiency. Here is the awesome news. If you are toxic, you can cleanse. If you are deficient, you can replenish. When your body has the right cellular fuel it can heal itself of almost anything.  Becoming your own best health care provider and experiencing optimal health has everything to do to with learning how to create a great cellular environment. This week’s session and our new habit will get you started in the right direction!

Our first homework assignment is to carefully follow the three steps we've outlined each evening before bed so you'll be halfway to morning routine success before your alarm even sounds!
